I have never sold jewelry before so I did not have any idea of the process. The customer support hotline was professional, polite and prompt from my first call to the end of the transaction. They explained how the value of my pieces was calculated and what I was offered felt fair to me. Since I am no expert in selling jewelry I felt a bit overwhelmed by the website but they patiently guided me through the whole process.
